教后感:

基础阶段英语教学的根本目的是培养学生为交际初步运用英语的能力。这要求我们在教学过程中把英语作为“交际工具”，教师在用中教，学生在用中学。为此，我除了合理运用各种手段创设情景、进行课堂模拟交际练习外，还在英语课堂这个自然、真实的语言交际情景中用英语上课，有效地促进学生建立客观事物情景，同英语思维的直接联系，加速英语语感的形成，加快掌握为交际初步运用英语的能力。从另一个角度出发，英语课堂要充分发挥教学主阵地的作用，最根本的方法就是尽可能地用英语speak english when possible. speak chinese when necessary. 最大限度地利用好课堂每一分钟，增大和拓宽学生英语实践的量和面，并且通过课堂用语的形式，巧妙地巩固和加强记忆所学知识，提高运用英语的能力。我们一定要改变这一现状，善于使用体态语，如用传神的眼睛、丰富的面部表情、多变的形体手势，以姿势助说话，这样深深地吸引学生，使教学目标在这种潜移默化中顺利地完成，收到了无声胜有声之效。如listen. 以半握拳放在耳边，同时做倾听的神态。 “listen. ——listen to me. ——listen to me carefully. 以后，只做半握拳指耳动作，学生便心领神会。同样，以双臂合拢轻轻向上抬起，学生便知是whole class齐读，伸出两个或四个手指，学生便开始做pair work, 这样既节省时间，又加大了课堂密度，取得事半功倍的效果。
