warm-up

    ( teaching intention:  firstly: make the students be interested in english by singing a song, saying a chant. secondly: revise the old  knowledge and lay a foundation .)
preview
1.the daily talk and the free-talk: the t asks: how many …are there …? who are they ?  answer the questions in the true.
2.the game of the warm or cold . the t write the letters in the board , when he is near the letter , the voice is louder , when the s is far away the letter , and the t asks:how many geese can you see? are they dogs ?  no , they aren’t .
    presentation
1.  the t shows the picture of sarah , and introduce the family members of sarah family . such as : uncle , aunt . do the activity of listen and paste : the t shows the pictures and then paste the related pictures.
and then teach the other words : father , mother , brother , sister .
(teaching intention: presentation of the new lesson.)
2.  the t shows the word : father , the ss should write .
practice the word on the wb.
3.  use the same way to teach the other words:cat , rabbit , pig, duck, dog.
4.  the game of spelling the words: the t gives the letters , the t says the word , the ss should spell the word out ., find out the best one .
     (teaching intentions: have the students to say the english fluentely.)
5.  the t show the picture of this class and a forest : this is sarah’s family . they like sports . they are skiing . this is sarah’s brother . he’s good at skiing . this is sarah’s sister . she is cute . look , they are sarah’s parents .
6.  listen to the tape and then imitate.12
7.  write and say : the ss read the passage and write the words.
consolidation and extension
1.the t shows the family photo, and introduce the family member.
2. to know the foreigner like to play baseball.
3.  listen to the song : father and mother .
   ( teaching intention: make the students use the new lesson after class. secondly: foster the students’ ability to study on their own. assess themselves fairly.)
