教学目标:能够听、说、认读句: are you helpful at home? what can you do? i can sweep the floor. you’re helpful!
教学重点:句型“what can you do ? i can ….”
教学难点:句子“are you helpful at home ?”以及在实际情景中正确运用所学对话。
课前准备:准备录音机、录音带、课件、狗、熊猫、老鼠的分组头饰,复印钱一千元,一些劳动工具、调查表、三种小明星卡片。
教学手段:
《英语课程标准》在“基本理念”中提出:“本课程倡导任务型的教学模式,让学生在教师的引导下通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功。在学习过程中进行情感等策略调整,以形成积极的学习态度,促进语言实际运用能力的提高。”因此,为了让学生更好的掌握和运用“做家务”这个主题的语言项目,并学会调查对方能干什么以及回答,我主要运用了多媒体辅助的教学手段、进行任务性的活动教学、游戏教学,演译教学、情景教学等方法进行教学,同时我设计了多种活动如:齐唱歌谣、编演“妈妈的好帮手”小短剧、聘请小保姆、评选小明星等活动;活动以“趣味”为中心并服务于本节课的知识运用;通过任务、活动的形式,并充分利用我个人的教学风格:善于启发和诱导等教学艺术来给学生搭起一个个展示自我的平台,激发了学生学习的积极性与兴趣,和培养了学生的合作能力与探究精神;整节课主要插入以“动物”分组进行“竞赛”的课堂评价形式,迎合学生好胜好强的心理特点,让全班学生能“动”起来,“活”起来,并促进了学生的发展。
teaching procedures:
一、warm up (2分钟)
1、greeting.
设计意图:(分四大动物组:dog,panda,mouse,mokey整节课主要插入以“动物”分组进行“竞赛”的课堂评价形式,迎合学生好胜好强的心理特点)
2、播放let’s chant,四大动物组接龙唱歌谣,边唱边做相应的动作。
设计意图:(通过唱歌谣激发学生兴趣,活跃课堂,使学生注意力集中。)
二、reviewing and leading in (3分钟)
过渡:wow, the animals can do many things in the zoo .what about at school? what can you do at school?
s1: i can sweep the floor.
s2: i can cook the meals.
t: no, you can’t cook the meals at school.
设计意图:(学生人在学校,得回到家里才能煮饭,自然引出本课句型。进行板书,操练)
三、presentation(10分钟)
1、突出重点,解决难点。
(1)教what can you do ? i can....
a.在复习了what can you do at school?的基础上,利用课件引出at home主题再调查学生what can you do at home?引导学生回答。
b.板书带读 123
c.教师示范后同位两人调查。
(2) 教are you helpful at home? sure.
做let’s try,引句型。
you are helpful! is mike helpful too?

过渡导入:t: mike is helpful at home. are you helpful at home?
ss: yes. / sure.
t: read after me. “are you helpful at home?”(带读板书并操练。)
s1: are you helpful at home?
t: sure. (带读板书并操练。)
小组操练(开火车)。问全班: are you helpful at home ?
t: what can you do?
s: i can sweep the floor.
t: great ! you’re helpful!
(3) 教great ! you’re helpful!
t: what can you do?
s3: i can empty the trash.
t: is he helpful?
引导学生学会表扬。great! you’re helpful!
设计意图:通过巧妙地信息差的对话调查,自然地引导学生解决对话中的句型问题,并突破难点。让学生感知和体会语言的意思,为下面的表达和运用打下了基础。
2、learn the talk(7分钟)

听录音回答问题;跟读录音后,分角色朗读;同位两人改编对话进行调查。
设计意图:在学生掌握了重点、难点的基础上引导学生能带着问题自学对话,并模仿改编对话,培养了学生自学能力和学习方法。
3拓展练习
activity 1(母亲节,学生能做什么)(练习英语的听、说能力)(5分钟)
t: you can do much housework. can you help your mother?

设计意图:创设母亲节这一天,妈妈刚下班回到家的情景,让学生小组合作编“妈妈的好帮手”的小短剧,满足学生表演欲,培养了学生的英语说的能力和小组合作精神。
activity 2:帮老师请保姆(练习英语的听、说、认读能力)(6分钟)

t: you can do many housework, but my grandma can’t do housework. she is ill. so i want a housekeeper. i will give the housekeeper 1000 yuan? but who is helpful? please help me find who is helpful in your classmate with doing the survey.

设计意图:创设帮老师请保姆的调查活动。把每个学生都调动起来,整个班都溶入于学习英语,运用英语的气氛中,学生不但练了运用英语的回话能力,也练了英语的认读能力是整节课的高潮。
activity 3 (评选小明星)(练习英语的说、读、写能力)(5分钟)

a.老师师范填写一张卡片,再让学生自由选择。
b.请一个学生师范读出自己参加什么小明星的评选,引导每个学生读给自己的同学听。
c.再根据自己的选择投进吸引相应的投稿箱里,最后在广播站公布评选结果。
设计意图:把本来干燥无味的笔试练习,变成了学生有兴趣的小明星评选活动的形式,练习了英语的书面表达能力,把语言知识上升到一个更高的层面。

设计意图:把任务延伸到课外,给学生提供更多的时间与空间展示自我,同时合理、灵活地运用家庭资源可让学生在用中学,也渗透对学生进行思想教育。
