1, greetings and daily talk.t: what day is it today?
what’s the date today?who is taller, your father or your mother?can you run as fast as…?what do you usually do at weekends?(为不同的季节人们的活动做铺垫)2,introduction.t: now, there’s a riddle for you to guess. what festival is it? please listen carefully. it is in january or february. people usually visit their relatives and friends. (ss answer)t: so when spring festival comes we also know that ‘spring is coming.’ (teach ‘spring’) (拼写)t: spring is one of the seasons in a year. today we’ll learn unit 5 seasons. (教学课题和season) look at this word,which words we have learned?(sea,son ,帮助学生更快记忆单词)3, t: how many seasons are there in a year? which is the first season?what’s the weather like in spring? (bb:, teach ‘weather’利用sweater,father) (教学整个句型) is it cold? is it hot? (配上动作) (出示教学图片: 教学warm) (操练: what’s the weather like in spring? it’s warm.) 4,who likes swimming?(或who likes eating ice-creams?) in summer,we often go swimming or eat ice-creams. (教学summer)问答what’s the weather like in …?it’s… (教师问一名学生,然后开火车问答) t: do you like summer? why? (简单问答, 可适时引出because i can swim.)5, which is the third season in a year? what festival people usually eat moon cakes? (教学autumn, 利用mid-autumn festival) what’s the weather like in autumn? is it cold? is it hot? is it warm? (教学cool) (问答: what’s the weather like in autumn? it’s cool. 以小组形式)6, t: look, what colour is the fourth season? ss: it’s white. t: yes, winter is white. because there’s lots of snow. (小黑板出示,学生完成并朗读)9, now i would like to ask you a question. which season do you like best?(教学这个句型)a. t: which season do you like best? s: i like… best.(根据不同的季节适时引出fly kites,catch insects,go camping,make snowmen并贴上彩图,帮助学生更好的完成句型的操练)b. 由学生代表向同学提问c. 同桌操练10, 让学生来问老师 which season do you like best? t: i like summer best. now, boys and girls do you know ‘why?’?(让学生试猜一两次) t: because it’s hot. i can eat an ice-cream.learn:becausea. 教师与个别学生问答示范b. 同学之间操c. 展示d. 让一名学生做采访去问其他学生11, do a survey.a.先由教师示范,完成表格,再由学生代表示范。b.学生开始完成survey,可离开座位。c.读出调查内容nameseasonweatheractivity e.g. li lei likes spring best. because it’s…he can…(将第一人称转换为第三人称)step5 homework:1. copy the new words.2. ask your friends about their favourite season. ask them why.3 以上调查表若无法当堂完成, 即为作业七.板书设计:unit5 the seasonswhat’s the weather like in …? which season do you like best?it’s… i like…best. why? because it’s… i can…教后感:关于季节和天气是学生比较熟悉的话题,所以在理解方面没有多大的难度.由于本节课教授的单词比较多,我在时间分配方面把握得并不是很好,后面的句型which season do you like best? i like…best. why? because it’s… i can…学生没有得到很好地操练,本来设想在课堂上做的调查也只能作为家庭作业去完成.由于本人能力有限,我想如果能做一些简单的课件,学生学起来一定会更感兴趣的.12
