单元教学计划
一、  教学内容
“过生日”一直是学生们津津乐道的话题。本单元围绕“ben的生日”这一主题,从谈论生日的具体日期入手,到邀请朋友参加生日聚会,小客人来访、祝贺、送礼等情节,把有关“询问日期”、“邀请”、“征求意见”等日常交际用语、词汇和句型有机地结合起来,体现在对话和课文之中。本单元既呈现了十分丰富的语言材料,又展示了英语国家“过生日”的文化风俗和习惯。在教授本单元内容的基础上,着重引导学生体会、了解英语国家人们“过生日”的风俗习惯,以培养学生跨文化交际的能力。
二、教学要求
1、能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词:birthday, date, march, april, may, june, first, second, third, fourth, when, as, a present。
2、能听懂、会说和会读单词和词组january, february, july, august, september, october, november, december, fifth, sixth, twelfth, twentieth, twenty-first, blow out, a candle, a costume, a doorbell, take off, aladdin, wait.
3、能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语what date is it today? it’s the 16th  of october. my birthday’s coming. would you like to come to my birthday party? would you like a vcd of japanese cartoons, too? let’s wait and see. happy birthday to you!
4、能听懂、会说、会读和会写句型when’s your birthday? my birthday’s on …what would you like as a birthday present? i’d like …
5、了解字母组合ear在单词中的另一种读音。
6、能有表情地诵读歌谣today is my birthday.

教学目标:
1、四会掌握单词:birthday, date,march, april, may, june, first, second, third, fourth.
2、能听懂、会说和会读单词和词组january, february, july,august, september, october, november, december, fifth, sixth, twelfth, twentieth, twenty-first.
3、能听懂、会说和会读日常交际用语what date is it today? it’s the 16th  of octorbor.
4、能熟练朗读课文引言部分。
教学重点:单词的四会掌握。
教学难点:能听懂、会说表示月份的词和序数词。12345
教学过程:

出示日历:9月1日,
t: what day is it today?
s: it’s thursday.
t: what date is it today?

出示单词:september,领读,齐读,分组读,个别读。
2、教学what date is it today?
1)出示日历:9月1日,9月2日
t: what date is it today?
t: it’s the first/second of september.
出示句型:  what date is it today? 领读。
齐读,分组读,个别读。
2)操练:s: what date is it today?
        t: it’s the first/second of september.
出示单词:first, second, 领读。齐读,分组读,个别读。
3)操练:t: what date is it today?
          s: it’s the first/second of september.
4)出示日历:9月3日,9月4日
操练, s: what date is it today?
      t: it’s the third/fourth of september.
出示单词:third,fourth,领读。
齐读,分组读,个别读。
操练:t: what date is it today?       s: it’s the third/fourth of september.
3、用同样的方法教学january, february, march, april, may, june, july, august, october, november, december。其中注意指导march, april, may, june,这几个单词的拼读识记。
4、教学序数词。列表如下:

a)t:表示次序的数词称为序数词。序数词一般以与之相应的基数词加词尾th构成,但有的基数词在变为序数词时,有特别的地方。
b)领读序数词。
c)t:日期要用序数词来表达。
d)操练:5月23日, 7月1日, 3月5日

4、能熟练朗读课文对话。
5、了解字母组合ear在单词中的读音。
6、能有表情地诵读歌谣today is my birthday.
教学重点:单词的四会运用。
教学难点:句型的四会运用。
教学过程:

2、领读单词。
3、阅读,理解。
4、分组讨论图意。
5、选择合适句子,完成练习。
6、表演“生日聚会”,唱happy birthday to you.

2、为对方制作生日贺卡,在卡上书写happy birthday,用英文写好日期,收卡人和送卡人的姓名。
3、赠送贺卡:
s1:today is your birthday. here’s a birthday card for you. happy birthday to you.

1、朗读单词,体会字母组合ear在单词中的读音。
2、出示音标:领读。
3、听录音,跟读单词和句子。
4、句子朗读比赛:看谁读得既正确又迅速。
5、出示其他例词,朗读:ear clear fear tear
6、比较:bear pear wear
step 7 say a rhyme
1、听录音。
2、按一定的节奏诵读。
3、根据节奏与内容做动作,感受歌谣的韵律美。
4、替换部分内容,自编歌谣。

step 8 consolidation
1、课堂作业:1)朗读对话;2)诵读歌谣。
2、回家作业:1)用英语了解同学或家人的生日,并以表格形式记录下来。
  2)鼓励学有余力的学生用英语写一篇有关朋友或自己生日聚会的短文。
  3)完成练习册上本单元练习。

单元测试及试卷讲解
教学反思
日期的表达是教学的难点,在以后的教学中要以日常会话的形式不断巩固。
要特别强调序数词前面要加the.
将所学的语言放入情景中,并给予奖励,学生学习兴趣很高。
