一、教材分析:
教材的地位及作用:本课是牛津教材5b第三单元第二课时, 本单元围绕“兴趣爱好”这个话题开展教学活动。主要是学习一般疑问句do you have any hobbies? 及其答语yes,i do. ilike…和主语为第三人称单数动词的用法。本节课是本单元的重点,通过学习初步领会第三人称单数动词和第一人称单数动词的区别。同时通过课文重点句子的学习,进一步提高学生听、说、读、写综合素质能力。
二、教学目标:
知识目标:
(1)能初步掌握本单元所学的有关兴趣爱好的词汇:take photos; go shopping; collect stamps;grow flowers;make model ships; make clothe
(2)能用一般疑问句“do you have any hobbies? ”及其答语“yes,i do. ilike…”询问别人的兴趣爱好,并能用“he/she likes.... ”的句型描述他人的爱好和活动。了解主语为第三人称单数时动词的变化形式。
(3)能初步了解本文的英语歌曲。
能力目标:提高学生听、说、读、写的综合能力。
情感目标:通过学习本文,让学生知道良好的兴趣爱好能拓展知识,并能丰富一个人的生活。
三、重点与难点:
重点:各类动词词组的学习,“like”后面所跟动词的用法,了解主语为第三人称单数时动词的变化形式。
四、教学方法: 根据五年级学生的特点,结合教材内容,我采用了任务型的教学方法,让学生在教师的指导下, 创设学校兴趣小组招收新生的情境,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等活动方式,完成任务,感受成功。

五、教学过程:

课件出示:

playing chess

通过做动作,出示幻灯片(各种动作的图)让学生回忆那些动词或者动词词组,并且用doing的形式来表达。
(设计意图:出示以前学过的各种动词的幻灯片目的在于以旧引新,用以前的旧知识来呈现新知,将以前学过的动词词组用于i like …句型,这样又丰富了语言的输出量,为以下句型:do you have any hobbies?的操练打下基础。)

创设学校兴趣小组招收新学员的情景,复习句型“i like dong…”,然后又通过这学期学校兴趣小组又增加了一些新的项目教学词组: take photos; go shopping; collect stamps;grow flowers;make model ships; make clothes 。
2)复习与巩固:

设计意图:小学英语教学应把培养学生的学习兴趣,调动学生学习英语的主动性、积极性作为教学的主要目的,使其大胆开口,培养学生学习英语的兴趣。在教学新单词的过程中,我采用“看口型猜单词”和“看动作猜单词”两个游戏的方式复习和巩固词组,既提高了学生的注意力,又培养了学生操练单词的兴趣。

1)通过学生与学生之间一问一答,师生一问一答,集体问个别答的方式操练句型。
2)say a chant
do you have any hobbies?  yes, i do. yes, i do.
i like taking photos.        oh, me, too. oh, me, too.
do you have any hobbies?  yes, i do. yes, i do.
i like growing flowers      oh, me, too. oh, me, too.
do you have any hobbies?  yes, i do. yes, i do.

i like making clothes.     no, i don’t. no, i don’t.
设计意图:通过chant来巩固新学的单句型,更是从小学生的实际情况出发的设计。节奏感强的chant也有利于学生英语语感的形成,而且学生乐于通过chant练习单词,操练句型。通过chant能有效消除学生的自卑心理,提高他们掌握词汇的能力和口语表达能力,调动起他们的主动性和积极性。

通告调查表,对上面学习的两个句型进行一个小反馈。

step 5 make a new dialogue
根据上面的对话自编一段参加各类兴趣小组活动的对话。
(设计意图:课堂由通过兴趣小组招生的情景创设开始,学生报名参加的活动的情境结束,通过这一完整的情景,把单词教学与句型教学有机地结合在一起。在巩固反馈环节设置了survey、fill in the blanks、make a new dialogue 等环节,都采用了任务型的教学方法,通过这些练习使学生能够主动进行探究学习,即时地反馈联系,既对所学知识进行了巩固又激发了学生的兴趣。)
step 6  assign homework
(1) copy new phrases four times.
(2) talk about your families’  hobbies with your friends.

教学反思
我认为本课的成功之处在情景教学与任务型教学方法的有效结合。通过创设接近生活的语言情境,把简单刻板的教与学融合在多姿多彩的真情实景中,让师生和谐地融合为一体,在欢乐、活跃的氛围中去激发学生的学习热情,培养学生的学习兴趣,化抽象为直观,化刻板为生动,帮助学生寻找到掌握英语学习的捷径。而在巩固反馈环节设置了survey、fill in the blanks、make a new dialogue 等环节,都采用了任务型的教学方法,通过这些练习使学生能够主动进行探究学习,即时地反馈联系,既对所学知识进行了巩固又激发了学生的兴趣。本课的不足之处在于对话中对第三人称的运用有些牵强,有些不合实际,有待进一步改进。
