1.     say the chant. “i have a pencil. me too.” revise the animal words: cat, pig, monkey, mouse,  panda and so on.
2.     teach: big, small, so. look at the pictures. t: look at the pig. it’s big. it’s so big. pay an  attention to the word “ so”. t: look at the mouse. it’s small. it’s so small. then help the pupils  say: look at the cat. it’s so fat. look at the monkey. it’s so funny. 1234567

4.     listen to the tape and read the dialogue.

1.     revise the animal words: look. i have a monkey/ rabbit/ panda/ cat/ dog---.
2.     divide the pupils into four groups to describe the animals. for example: look at the monkey.  it’s so funny. it has a long tail and a big mouth. it has big eyes and small ears.

step1. warm-up/ revision

3.     act the dialogue.

2.     game: the pupils describe the animals in pairs.
