教材分析:
本单元主要围绕“谈论节日里所做的事情”这一话题展开教学。这一单元的内容体现了浓郁的东西方文化特点,是一个学生十分感兴趣的话题。本课时为第二课时,在第一课时中,学生学习了new year’s day和spring festival,初步学习了本单元的四会句型what do people usually do…? did you …?及其回答。所以为本课时的教学打下了基础。本课时继续学习节日名称easter,may day, children’s day , dragon boat festival, national day, mid-autumn festival, halloween , christmas.
巩固c部分句型,在此基础上学习a部分课文第二部分。整个教学设计由老师引导,学生自主参与,获取新知,然后巩固操练,合作创新。这充分体现了新课程标准要求的采用互动的课堂模式,提倡开放的学习方式,鼓励学生创造性地运用语言。“互动”、“开放”、“创造”营造了平等、民主、宽松的课堂氛围,学生就获得了相当大的主动权。
学情分析:
培养学生“初步运用英语交际的能力”是英语素质教学的目标,而语言技能是交际能力的基础。语言技能包括听说读写四方面。其中听力的独特功能对学生掌握、运用英语起到至关重要的作用,听是学生获得语言信息及语言感受的最主要途径,是提高其他技能的基础,听得正确,才能读得准确、说得流利。学生具有良好的听力理解力,才能更快、更多的获得更准确的资讯。提高学生的听力不是一时半会儿就能做到的,在我们平时的教学中就要注重培养学生认真听的良好习惯,例如,当一位同学谈论完国情假期做的事情后,立即问其他同学what did …do?来检查他是否掌握语言,也督促学生上课认真倾听他人发言。在课的结束,我安排了听一段对话回答问题,一方面是可以了解学生对今天所学内容的理解掌握情况,另一方面也是为等会儿听完后看图用自己语言描述,从语言输入到语言输出作准备。

 1、让学生带着了解中外节日的不同文化背景的问题,充分利用网络的资源共享优势,在教师的指导下上网搜索、浏览相关的网页,并试着用新学的词句进行描述。
2、教师设计好教学目标,教学内容,整合网络上的相关资源,避免课堂上学生网络迷航。
教学反思
在精心的准备和学生良好的支持下,这节课较为顺利的完成了教学目标,学生们也学习到了知识.回过头看看这个课,我有以下几点感受:
    一、教学目标的选择上要充分考虑到学生的知识基础和掌握能力,对学生现有的水平要有个正确的认识,从而在选取和整合教学内容时能把握得当.我在最初的设计中,就忽略了这一点. 例如”halloween”的时间,学生虽然学过这个节日,但是却不了解具体时间,我却设计了一个快速反映的环节,因此在学生反馈时出现了困难.好在在第二次修改设计时,能针对问题,设计了一个猜时间的游戏,达到了良好的效果.可见在备课是一定要充分的备学生,真正教了解学他们已有的和所需的知识.
二、教学环节的设计上要充分把握教学内容的特点,进行有机的整合,设计上要力求能调动学生的兴趣,有效的操练知识,同时要避免操练形式的单一.本节课针对知识的特点,设计了较为丰富的活动,例如看图做选择,快嘴大挑战,考考你的眼力等,这些游戏都很有新意,操作简单,效果良好.123456
三、感觉自己的知识储备量还是太少了,说得准确一点应该是教学技能,缺少上课的灵活运动的能力。课堂设计不够精密,语言不够精炼。一堂好课必须有一个闪光点,虽然评课老师没有说太多的话,没有表扬也就意味着批评。增加自己的阅读量,多听听别人的课会对自己有所帮助。123456
