step1： warming-up
1、sing a song: the signs in the park
2、 free talk: （指着显示屏）
look, what does this sign mean? what does that sign mean?
（拿出图片）well, what does this sign mean? (be quiet)
（事先准备）what does that sign mean? (no smoking)

 when’s your birthday?

step2： revision
1、t:（拿出学过的几个节日的图片）look, what festival is it?
　   s: it’s national day.
　   t: well, when’s national day? （板书并解释，帮助学生回答）
　   s: it’s on the first of october.
　   t: yes, it’s on the first of october. and we may say it’s in october.（板书）
2、may day / new year’s day / easter
step3 presentation
1、festivals: spring festival、halloween、children’s day、　　mid-autumn festival
（1）、present the pictures and teach to read them
（2）、meanwhile, teach the new expression “ when’s … ?” and it’s correct answer “ it’s in …”
（3）、reread the new expressions again.
（4）、review all the learnt festivals.
