  t: no, this is the chinese way of addressing. western people address in another way. find the answer in the dialogue on page 12. if you’re in western countries now, your principal is liu guoqiang. what would you call him?
  ss: mr. liu or guoqiang.
  t: yes, but no mr. guoqiang.

教学反思:
   作为一名新老师,又是第一次开课,说一点不紧张是骗人的,不过幸好上课时一直想着下一步该做什么所以都忘了紧张了。首先,我想从教学步骤入手来解析一下自己的思路及教学过程中存在的不足之处。
 首先是任务前的准备,也是起热身作用的一步,我是以p7上的chant引出主题的,虽然让学生在听前记住听后要回答的问题,达到了有目的的听,但是引入部分太单调,不够生动,这往往导致了学生的注意力不能很好地被引到英语课堂上,学生学习英语的兴趣也不能很好地被激发出来。所以,在今后如何使导入部分生动化是我们新老师要努力的方向。
 其次是任务前准备的第二步——自由对话(free talk),设计这一步的目的主要是希望到达复习的效果,以师生一问一答的形式进行,复习的目的达到了,但并没有让整个班级气氛活跃起来,这也是今后要思考并努力改进的地方。此外,这部分与前面的内容的过渡不是很自然,有待今后加强。
 再次是任务中的教学过程,基本上是按照课本的顺序来,所以过程会显得有些死板,不够生动、新颖。在教授新词时,第一次出现新词时就应该抓住时机,出示教学卡片,让学生在具体情景中掌握新词,而不是单纯将新词独立出来操练。另外,在pair work中将p7 let’s chant图片中的任务给予一定的身份,并让学生任选一幅进行对话。在这个环节中,虽然口头上举了例子,但是却没有把对话以笔头的形式呈现在黑板上,所以学生在展示时会出现很多错误。
 最后,在任务后活动中,我将后面的good to know提到这节课中上,因为这节课的生词中有principal,而good to know的内容刚好是讲中西方人对校长的称呼的差异,所以这部分内容放在这节课上还是比较合理的。除此之外,在这节课的最后,我呈现的是一个整合这个单元重要句型及重点词汇的篇章,让学生回答相关问题,难度适中,之后,让掌握比较好的学生当堂造一段类似的篇章。这部分的不足就在于时间没把握好,仅剩几分钟的时候才开始这部分内容。
总而言之,作为一名新教师,我身上有很多不足之处,同时也说明了我的进步空间还很大,我会向组里的其他老师学习,继续努力!
