教学目标 语言知识: 祈使句在描述食品制作程序中的运用,以及表次序连词的用法 语言技能: 能够描述食品制作程序,并进行书面表达 语言运用: 能运用表次序的连词分步骤向别人介绍如何制作食品和菜肴 文化意识: 体会中西饮食文化差异 情感态度: 在小组合作学习中学会与人合作的意识和有序做事的良好习惯。 学习策略: 抓重点词按次序进行描述的表达策略
教学重点
学习使用表示次序的连词描述食品的制作程序
教学难点 食品制作程序的书面描述
技术准备 实物,菜谱书,词卡, 照片, 展示板,自制课件及教材配套多媒体光盘。
教学过程 时间 教学步骤 教师活动 学生活动 教学目的5’ warming up sing a song: bake a cake sort game: hand out some cards (flour, add, butter, pour, milk, break, sugar, salt, mix, bake,… ) sing together classify the words into two catalogs a. verbs b. ingredients some ss stick the cards on the board. read the words together, especially the verbs. (do the action when they read the verbs) 歌曲引入本课,使学生以愉悦的心情进入新课学习 单词分类活动为后续学习做好语言的准备。 15’ presentation present the task set the task 1. show a cook -book to ss t: shall we make our own cook book? 2. free-talk: what food do you like? can you make it? 3. play a video about cooking a cake t: miss cook is making something. what does she make? how does she make it? 4. elicit the steps of make a cake according to miss cook’s recipe t: (write the sequence adverbs on the blackboard) miss cook’s recipe: first, … then, … next, … after that, … … finally, … scan the cook -book answer the questions according to their experience. watch the video and pay attention to the steps of making a cake take out their board and arrange the sentences for steps of making a cake in order (group work) show their board and do the report 以烹饪书呈现本课任务,激发学生兴趣 结合学生实际,切入主题 【教师的自制录像更能引发学生的学习欲望,在真实的食品制作情景过程中对学生进行有效的信息输入。】 通过认读活动,进一步学习食品制作的具体程序;小组合作可以弥补学生学习过程中出现的信息差 5 practice look at the pictures and describe the steps book:page 54 lead ss to observe the pictures first t: what does the person make? how many steps? elicit the key words let ss describe the steps work in groups look at the pictures and answer the teacher’s question say the key words form the pictures: ·1 kg of flour ·2 eggs ·1 cup of sugar ·1 cup of milk ·some butter ·mix 12·bake discuss the order in groups work in groups to describe the steps of making a cake: one person for one picture group show 运用自己的语言按顺序描述食品的制作过程,培养学生的描述能力 渗透抓住重点词进行描述的学习策略 【小组合作共同分担任务,力求每人有任务,共同学习和运用语言,使每一个人都有学习的机会】 13’ extension making the cookbook show some pictures of dishes about chinese dishes that the ss can make: e.g. tomato salad fried rice … let each group decide their group dish give their enough time to complete their pages of cookbook ask ss to go around and read the recipes look at the pictures about dishes made by their classmates choose one kind of dishes for their group work in groups 1) discuss the ingredients and steps of making the dish 2) write the recipe in groups group show (individuals assess their performance) stick their products on the wall 以学生自制的食品的照片,来激活学生的生活经验和知识,为完成菜谱的制作做准备。 【根据学生实际,让学生自己选择他们会制作的菜肴,再通过小组讨论,进行步骤的描述,进而写出菜谱,此时听说读的训练就提升为写的训练】 提供一些学生写菜谱可能用到的词汇,联系生活,拓展词汇量 1’ summary collect the pages and make a cookbook for them 1’ homework 1. write the steps of making the dish in your groups in order 2.make the dish for your parents 设置两项作业:书面作业和实践性作业。其一,巩固所学的食品制作的程序;其二,使学生学会体贴父母 板书: unit11 lesson3 first, put…into …. . then, add….(to)… . next, pour… into … . after that, … . finally, … . g1 g2 g3 g4 g5 g6 g712
