一、教学目标:1. 知识目标:
(1)能够听、说、读、写句子:what’s your favourite fruit? i like apples. they’re sweet. i like fruit. but i don’t like grapes. they’re sour.
(2)能够听懂对话录音,理解会话内容。
2. 能力目标:
(1)能够运用四会句型询问并回答最喜欢吃的食物,并说出原因。
(2)能够独立完成文后练习。
3. 情感目标:
(1)通过小组合作和角色扮演的活动,激发学生参与课堂活动的热情。
(2)培养学生健康的饮食习惯。
4. 策略目标:培养学生寻读和根据语境猜测词义的能力。
二、教学重点:熟练掌握本课时的四会句子。
三、教学难点:单词favourite的拼写以及正确理解短文内容。
四、教学准备:单词卡片、常见水果的图片、磁带和录音机。
五、教学过程:
step 1: revision
1. review the words: salty, tasty, sweet, sour, fresh, healthy.
2. let’s chant.( p31)
step 2: pre-reading
t: today i have brought some food for you. now let’s share together.
(教师先将食物图片出示在黑板上,让学生认读、分类。)
1. talk about the favourite fruit in pairs.
a: what’s your favourite fruit?
b: i like pears /oranges.
a: why?
b: because they’re tasty.
a: i don’t like oranges. they’re sour.
2. talk about the favourite drink in pairs.
t: water, coke, milk and juice are drinks. do you like juice?
s1/ s2: ….
t: i have some apple juice, orange juice, cucumber juice and carrot juice. what kind of juice do you like?
s3/ s4: ….
(教师先介绍各种水果汁和蔬菜汁,然后让学生就自己喜欢的饮料进行交流。)
step3: while-reading
1. listen to the dialogue.
t: different people like different food. different animals like different food, too. look at the pictures. monkey, rabbit, zip and zoom are in the shop. what do they like best? now let’s listen to the tape.
( 如果学生不能完整回答,可再听一次。)
2. the first reading.
read the dialogue and finish the sentences in pairs.
1) monkey likes_______.
2) rabbit likes_______.12
3) zip likes_______.
4) zoom likes______.
3. the second reading.
read the dialogue and fill in the blanks.
t: why do they like different fruit and drinks? please read the dialogue by yourselves.
the apples are ______.
the bananas are ______.
the carrot juice is ______and ______.
4. the third reading.
t: zoom likes beef. but he has to eat vegetables. why?
ss: because he’s heavy.
t: if you are heavy, you should eat some fruit and vegetables. they’re healthy for us.
if you are thin, you should eat some fish, beef and mutton.
(让学生通过上、下文猜测heavy在这句话中的含义,并将其与thin 比较,加强理解。同时,引导学生养成良好的饮食习惯。)
5. the forth reading.
read and finish the questions after the dialogue.
step 4: post-reading
1. read the dialogue in role.
2. act it out in role.
3. group work:
talk about the favourite food in groups.
step5: homework
rewrite the dialogue.12
