          2、使学生能够基本掌握故事中的句型：wow! the turnip is so big! can i help you ?
let me help you. 1, 2, 3, pull! 基本作作能够听说，认读。
          3、能够基本表演这个小故事。
          4、培养学生的表演积极性和学习英语的兴趣。
教学重难点：1、重要句型the turnip is so big! can i help you? let me help you. 1, 2, 3, pull! 的听说认读：
           2、故事的表演。
教学准备：cai、词卡、小动物的头饰（rabbit, cat, monkey, elephant, dog）
教学过程：step1 warm-up
1、let’s chant.
unit3 b let’s chant 中的内容，学生跟着伴奏，一起说唱。
step2 presentation
1、t: yes, we all have our friends, you are my friends, he is my friend, she is my friend. and the rabbit has her friend, too. they live in the forest.
课件呈现：forest 的图片，并且呈现单词。学生跟读。
2、t：one day,she goes out and looks for food. suddenly, she sees a very very big turnip. she is so excited, look! 呈现rabbit 很激动的图片。
t: but what is the turnip? what is it like? ss: guess.
t: let’s have a look look! 播放课件。教读turnip(s), 分音节读。
3、 t: yes, the rabbit likes the turnip very much. so she run and shouts: “wow！ what a big turnip!” a、教读句子“ what a big turnip!” b、操练句子，教师示范――个别学生展示――同桌操练――展示（有感情地）。
4、t: then the rabbit want to pull it out, “oh, it’s too big! 1, 2, 3, pull!”
t: er…., what is “ pull” ? 教师动作作示范。教读单词 pull,教师示范，学生演一演。“1, 2, 3, pull!” 再把句子连起来，演一演。“oh, it’s too big! 1, 2, 3, pull!”
5、t: the monkey is coming, he is the rabbit’s friend. he said “ hello, my firend, rabbit! can i help you?” the rabbit said “ yes,yes!” the monkey said “ let me help you!” 教读can i help you ？和let me help you! 同时在课件上呈现这两个句子。
6、课件出示 dog. 同时播放句子，让学生试着填空。
t: who want to act as the dog, woof, woof, hello, my friend, rabbit, can i help you?
教师示范，学生表演。
7、课件出示 cat, 教师请学生说说，cat 会说什么话，教师放手让学生说说，演一演 cat.
句子同上面。请学生试着用cat 的语气来演一演。
a、cat: hello, my friend,rabbit, can i help you?
b、cat: ok. let me help you.
          8、t: at this moment, the elephant is coming, he is very____? 教师边介绍边请学生说说，ss: he is very strong.   t: may be he can help them , look, he said: hello, my friends, i am _?_  学生把它补充完整。教师接着说故事， the elephant is strong, he said: let me help you！ 教师把声音压低，表演elephant 的语气，学生来演一演。12
step 3 practice.
1、教师与学生一起表演，教师先请学生做做其他的小动物，把事先准备好的头饰戴上，教师当rabbit.
2、小组操练。教师给予足够的时间准备。
3、小组展示。
step4 homework
1、听录音，跟读课文上的故事，做到模仿到位，有感情。
2、试着和你的同学表演这个故事。12
