unit 1 how many do you want?
一、teaching content: 《英语》(新标准)第五册module 2 unit 1
二、teaching aims:
1.能识别单词need , food , cheese , kilo,并能书写单词many, much。
2.能口头运用 how many…do you want?
how much…do you want? 谈论所要购买物品的数量。
3.复习句型:do you like…… ?
yes, i do./ no, i don’t. i like …
4.能掌握字母d和字母组合ee在单词中的发音规则。

1.能初步用句型:how many …do you want? how much … do you want? 谈论所要购买物品的数量。
2.复习学过的食物名称,并进行可数和不可数的分类。
四、difficult point:进行可数和不可数的分类。
五、teaching resources: 单词卡、学过的食物图片、录音机、磁带
六、teaching procedure:
step 1 warm up and review:
(1)greetings
(2)sing: where did you go?
(3)free talk: where did you go yesterday?
when did you come back?
did you eat an apple yesterday?
did you watch tv yesterday?
can you spell the word home/when?
step 2 presentation and practice:
(1)show the pictures and review some words
about food: meat, noodles, rice, fish, apple, pear, banana, orange, peanuts ,sweets ,biscuit, bread, cake, chocolate, dumplings, vegetable. (write these words in two squares: countable noun and uncountable noun)
(2): learn the sound of letter “d”. these words are all food. we need food in our life. show the cards: food, need.
(3) learn the sound of letter group “ee”. show the cards: need, cheese.
(4) learn the sentences and the word “kilo”: show the pictures and ask:
do you like apples? how many apples do you want?do more examples.
(5) practice with shopping list: work in pairs

step 3 learn the dialogue
(1)listen to the tape and answer the questions:
where are ms smart and lingling?
what do they need to buy?
who like bananas? how many bananas does ms smart want?
do lingling like cheese? how much cheese does ms smart want?
(2) follow the tape.
step 4 look at the shopping list and act out the dialogue

step 5 learn a chant:
