unit 6 it is raining!教学设计设计理念:通过学习本单元的内容,掌握表示天气情况的词语,使学生学会描述不同的天气状况,表达自己的情感。并且了解英语文化背景下天气话题的内涵。本单元主要谈论天气,可以结合地理方位,国家名称来扩大学生的知识范围。充分利用多媒体和真实场景的设计,使学生切实理解现在进行时的用法。学习目标:认知目标重点词汇:windy cloudy rain snow sunny cold cool warm humid winter weather cool pretty egypt egyptian winter vacation take photos ride camel scarf tower目标语言 1.how is the weather?it’s raining (rainy)/windy/ cloudy/sunny/ snowing (snowy)/ cold/hot/wet/dry.2.how is it going? it’s great.3. is aunt sarah here? yes, she is.4. what’s she doing? she is cooking.所需语言结构:现在进行时what are you doing? i’m watching tv.what is he/she doing?he/she is playing basketball.what are they doing?they’re studying.语言功能talk about the weather.talk about what you are doing.交际目标通过学习本单元的内容,使学生学会描述不同的天气状况。并且了解英语文化背景下天气话题的内涵。学会表述并且坚持自己正在做的事情。素养目标使学生学会描述不同的天气状况,同时可以恰当地表达自己的情感。知道自己正在做什么,而且体会自我行为和事态发展的密切关系。学习重点:实现认知目标和语言目标学习难点:实现交际目标和素养目标教学准备:1. 准备有关天气和表现“现在进行时”的图片和视频资料。2. 制作课堂教学所需要的课件。3. 设计、准备每一项调查所需要的语言项目。4.制作课堂任务表格或者设计任务型教学方案,在课前准备或上课时供师生使用任务设计:任务设计一:我看天气预报(forecast)范例:forecast: fromjuly31, XX08:00tojuly32, XX08:00beijing fine-->finedalian overcast-->cloudyqingdao light rain-->moderate rainyantai shower-->showerzibo shower-->moderate rainpuyang cloudy-->cloudy任务要求:(7cities at least)weather forecast for major chinese cities city weatherbeijingchangchunchangshachengduchongqingdalianzibo任务设计二:天气进行时:write a report about different weather and about how you like it.when it is raining, the world is very clear and the air is nice. i like rain very much. when it is raining, i love to stay at home and sleep.任务设计三:what am i doing?要求记录自己一周中每一天的三个具体时刻自己正在做什么,到周末的时候做一下汇总,谈谈自己这一周的收获和体会。写出英文报告。任务设计四:好友链接——和亲友交流沟通利用业余时间和自己的亲朋好友进行电话联系或者对面交流,谈谈现在正在做什么?最近一段时间正在做什么?记录其中有趣的或者对你有启发的对话。比较我们和朋友之间的异同,借鉴和学习他们健康的生活方式,高效的工作方法。12语言成果要求:1.编写对话2.编写对照表格 联系人联系方式交流内容交流启发atelephonelearning at schoolshe is learning hard and well. she listens well in class and does homework every day. 教学过程:period ii学习目标: 1. new words: terrible pretty2. new drill: how’s it going? great./ pretty good……3. use “ how’s the weather?/ what’s the weather like?” skillfully.4. know the phone language学习重点难点: how’s it going? great./ terrible./ pretty good. phone language教学准备: 1. four cards with faces,2. a piece of exercise paper教学时间:1 period教学过程:step 1: 四人小组活动:各自来自不同的国家,住在不同的城市,彼此询问天气情况。在组织此活动之前老师可以用幻灯片出示不同国家城市以及天气的图片带领学生做一个简短的复习,也为学生的对话做好提示。所需用到的句型结构:where are you from? / where do you come from?where do you live?how’s the weather there? / what’s the weather like there?step2: learning 3a on page15.firstly: the teacher takes out the four cards with four different kinds of faces to make the students know what do they stand for, then ask students to finish the match exercise in 3a.secondly: learning the new drill: how’s it going? great./ terrible…… 教是可以把自己手中的四张图片发给四名学生由学生帮助完成新对话的教授。lastly: pair work: ask students draw a face they like, then work in pairs, ask and answer using the new drill.step3: finish exercise1 in the paper like this:1. write down the words under the faces and write out the dialogue that connected: face word dialogue:a:________________________________________? b:________________________________________.step4:group work: 3b on page15.借助于第一步中的对话情景,已是好朋友,彼此想念,打电话给对方。。。。。。。所需句型: hello! this is…/ is that….? how’s it going?how’s the weather?/ what’s the weather like?step5 listening 2a and 2b on page 14.step 6 2c on page14. students in pairs ask and answer quickly.step7:game: find the difference finish the form: picture on page91 picture on page93 aunt betty uncle ed nancy rickstep 8 summary sum up what have learned this class.step 9: home work: write down the phone dialogue you did with your partners.make cards with different faces and practice the dialogue with you .12
