2.技能目标：学会询问他人的姓名和年龄和职业，能把本课句型用到适当的情景中。
3.情感目标：激发学生对自己亲人或其他人职业的关注，并能感受到行行出状元。
三 教学重点：一般疑问句are they…? 和回答yes, they are. /no, they aren’t.
四 教学难点：they 和their的区别，不同职业的复数的读音
五 教学用具：课件，卡片，句型纸卡
六 教学步骤
step1. warming up (free talk)
t: what’s your english name, xxx?
s: i’m xxx.
t: oh, i see.
 t: what’s his/ her english name?
s: he’s / she’s xxx.

t: how old are you?
s: i’m 10.
step2. presentation and practice
t: xxx, how old is he / she?

七．教后记
反思这一节课的教学设计，很多方面存在不足。首先课前的导入有些和上节课的重点脱节，没有做到及时巩固。在课堂用语上也有点重复。另外，上节课职业名词的复数是个重点也是难点，在本节课的操练中还不到位。最后，本节课没有突出以学生为中心，学生的自主意识不强。
