2. review: different colours.
3. show the pictures of the birds. ask: what colour is it?
4. play the cassette: say and act. the students listen and follow in their books.
5. what colour are different birds?
6. working in groups of five, the students practise the dialogue.
7. read: read and write. complete the sentences with the students orally.
while-task procedure
1. invite a couple of groups to role-play the dialogue in front of the class.
2. working in pairs, the students take turns to complete the sentences in read and write.
3. the students write the completed sentences in their exercise books.

2.本堂课通过设置情景让学生自由对话来操练句型,即让学生学得开心,又达到了教学目的。
3.在作业中,改句子中有学生:this parcel is mine. 和this is my parcel.混淆,需加强训练。

3. review: in , under, and on, using the students’ objects. ask: is this your…..? where is it?
4. invite different students to say where the objects are.
while-task procedure
1. 1. play the cassette: read and say. the students listen and follow in their books.
2. play the cassette again. the students listen and repeat.
3. the students read the story silently.
4. read: point, ask and answer. practise the model dialogue with the students.
5. working in pairs, the students role-play the dialogue.
6. invite a few pairs to role-play the dialogue in front of the class.
post-task activity

2. move small classroom objects from one place to another. invite students to say where the objects were and where they are now, e.g. the (object) was in/on/under,etc. the …now it is in/on/under. etc.

3.作业中,学生基本完成较好,在句子:i was in the park.还有学生where were you?中用了was,应加大训练度。
