step 1 free talk
what day is it today?
what"s the date today?
what"s this ?
where is it?

step 2 presentation
1、出示多媒体(part b 图片)
1)i can"t find su hai and su yang. where are they?
let students guess.
引出they are in their sitting room.
t: what"s in their sitting room?
let students say somethings
然后屏幕上出现cd walkman
t: look, what"s this in english ?
teach the new word cd walkman
t: where is the cd walkman?
ss: it"s on the table.
t: yes, it"s on the table now.
教师操作,使cd walkman 消失
t: is it there now?
ss:no, it isn"t.
t: it isn"t there now .
it was there a moment ago .(板书)
teach : a moment ago , was
(理解a moment ago 的意思,说明was是is, am 的过去式)
2)practice these sentences
t: where"s your eraser ?
s1:it"s on the desk.
t:it isn"t there now.(快速拿掉橡皮)
s1:it was there a moment ago.
let ss practise like this.
用同样的方法教其他单词 a mobile phone , a pair of glasses, a diary, a roll of film
3)let ss look ar the picture
t:what are they ?
ss:they are earphones.
t:where are they?
s:they are on the sofa.
操作多媒体,让earphones 消失
t: are they on the sofa now?
s:no, they aren"t.
t:yes, they aren"t there now .
they were there a moment ago.1234
teach : were(说明 were 是are的过去式)
4) practice these sentences
t:what are they?
s: they are pencils.
t: where are the pencils?
s:they are on the pencil-box.
t: they aren’t there now.(快速拿掉铅笔)
s: they were there a moment ago.
let ss practice like this.
step 3 practice
1、read and spell the words
2、do part c
教师示范第一幅图,然后让学生讨论其它图。最后让学生选择图表演对话。
3、小结一下过去式:一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态,常和表示过去的时间状语连用,如a moment ago, just now等。动词be的过去式为was和were。第一人称单数和第三人称单数用was,其余用were.

教学过程:
一.revision
1.师生用where is /where are…?这一句型进行问答,复习b中所学单词。
二.presentation and practise
1.play a game(变魔术)
师走到一生旁边说 :what’s this in english?(rubber)
can i have it,please? (伸手做要的姿势)
转向全班 t:boys and girls,what’s in my hand?
s:it’s a rubber.(将橡皮转移)
t:a rubber?let’s have a look?(师打开手心)oh dear!it’s not here now.
it was here just now.it was here a moment ago.
(重复几遍,理解just now)
t:where’s the rubber?(指导学生寻找)
t:oh look.it’s on the ground.(学习ground)
can you pick it up for me,please?(sure)
(同法出示2块橡皮)教师在用复数的物体来变魔术
引出:they’re on the ground.
can you pick them up for me?
2.教师向学生展示准备好的照片。
t:look,here are some photos.would you like to look at them?1234
you can ask:can i have it ,please?
(展示其中一张学生跑步的照片)
t:look,the boys are having a running race.( 学习a running race)
t:they look so happy.they’re very excited.(学习excited)
t:i like watching running race.it’s very exciting. (学习exciting)
板书,小结:exciting和excited的区别。
3.继续看照片,边说:i like taking photos.su yang and su hai like taking photos,too.
谈论图片,学生学习sports day
today is the sports day. (出示课文图1)学生学习sports day
看图描述背景语
what are they talking about?(听录音)
提问:1.what is su hai looking for?
2.where is the camera?
出示图2 ,听录音,回答:1.what are they looking for?
2.where were the films just now?
3.where are they now?
听完后完成表格(见教师用书上的表格)。
跟读课文,熟读,分角色朗读课文,并完成书后判断。
三.consolidation
看图,用自己的语言叙述课文内容。
四.homework
1.划词组并抄写。
