一． 教材分析：
本单元主要在复习巩固比较级的基础扩大比较级词汇，感知有关风景
的词汇，并且比较和描述2 个事物。
在第二部分出现的句型is 2 shorter than 1? yes, it is. / no, it isn’t.
三级我们学过这个基本句型，在此基础上把比较级的陈述句转化成比较级的疑问句 。
二.教学目标:
1.专有名词的学习：the changjing river, the yellow river, mount qomolangma, the great wall, the summer palace
2.比较级句型“…er than…”的巩固和运用。
三．重点难点：
1.正确使用比较级句型，掌握结构“…er than …”.
2.用比较级句型描述有关祖国河山的事物。
3.专有名词的学习
四．教学用具：
图片，单词卡片，磁带
五．教学设计：

(出示长江和黄河的图片，分别标注长度)
（ppt）the yellow river is long.
the changjing river is longer
the changjing river is _______ than the yellow river
(老师引导学生通过观察说出句子，然后通过分组读等方法巩固)
其他的图片也用此方法教授，在初始所有句型后，让学生整体认读，只出示图片，让学生看图说句子，这样可以检查学生的掌握情况，从读音到知识的记忆）
