unit 2 this is the river thames.教学目标知识目标: a) 会读、会写、会说词汇long、wide、many、river、old、famousb) 基本会唱歌曲london bridge is falling down.能力目标: 能够运用this is +地名，it’s + adj.的语言结构来描述自己喜欢的城市。          能够运用the + n. + adj.的语言结构来形容某种事物。情感目标：培养学生认真观察周围事物；了解更多的地理知识；同时培养学生对事物有所鉴别。教学重点：词汇long、wide、many、river、old、famous。歌曲london bridge is falling down.教学难点：词汇发音的区别；thames、big ben、bridge、tower。教学准备：教师：教学图片、单词卡片、电脑、录音机，磁带、课件。学生： 每人一张风景图片教学过程:ⅰ热身复习. (3’)① 问候：t——ss②听唱歌曲 if you are happy③复习单词[大小声]：beautiful, old, house,buckingham palaceⅱ 呈现新授 (20’)教师帖一个导游证，让学生猜测教师身份t：guess, who am i?ss：导游(guider)t：do you want to go and visit with me.交代任务：ok! today we continue to visit some beautiful places, then i want you to introduce some places about shenyang. 1.教师出示课件或单词卡片  hyde park, river thames, big ben, tower bridge,{教师示范}2.教授单词（long, wide, famous）t：you have done a good job. do you know what the beautiful place name is.ss：it’s hyde park.3教师先示范，鼓励学生试着去描述。4教师.操练词汇（大小声），鼓励学生相互合作解决新词汇，并对所有词汇进行强调，教师予以奖励。ⅲ课文学习(5’)1、教师播放录音机，学生边听边用手指出相应的图片。2、教师再一次播放录音，学生边听边用手指出相应的图片，并跟读。3、小组表演对话ⅳ任务运用（10）1、（利用单词陀螺复习：hyde park, river thames, big ben, tower bridge,单词陀螺快速旋转，由学生快速说出陀螺上的单词。）2、guessing game.教师出示图片，请一位同学猜是什么图片，下面的同学描述：ss：it’s long. it’s beautiful.ss：is it river thames?ss：yes, it is.3、              listen to the tape and do the part 4a：is it new?b：no, it isn’t.a：is it old?b：yes, it is. it’s a desk.4、拓展练习t：you are super! now it is the time for you to introduce your pictures to us.学生拿出事先准备好的图片或相片小组内练习介绍景点a、学生展示，鼓励学生相互介绍景点；b、请部分学生介绍自己的图片；{小组，个人进行展示}ⅴ小结（2）1、学习歌曲london bridge is falling down；2、学生总结本课内容，鼓励学生课下进行交流。ⅵ作业收集有关沈阳景点的图片及资料，制作一期有关沈阳的英语手抄报板书设计
