全班齐唱上单元的歌曲a pencil
2.free talk
教师出示上单元学过的文具的实物，让学生用this is a …来介绍。
t：what’s this?
ss：this is a book/bag/pencil/pencil box.
part 2. presentation and practice
1.猜一猜
同样用上面的四张图片，遮住部分内容，让学生猜what’s this? 等学生用this is a book/bag/pencil/pencil box.作答后，教师又以is this a book/bag/pencil/pencil box?并引导学生以yes, it is./ no, it isn’t.来作答。然后再显示全部，看学生猜得对不对。
利用这四张图片师生操练数遍，使学生能够基本掌握这一疑问句的句型及其回答。
2.pair work
请学生同桌之间拿自己的文具进行句型操练。
--is this a book/bag/pencil/pencil box? --yes, it is. / no, it isn’t.
3.摸一摸，猜一猜
i> 在一个密闭的箱子内事先装入一个香蕉，请一些学生起来摸一摸，并猜猜看是什么。
教师利用句型is this a …?进行提问，请学生进行回答。
（数遍之后）t：is this a banana?
(引导学生回答)s：yes, it is.
教师从箱子中取出香蕉，并板书a banana, 同时在板书单词的旁边贴上banana的图片加以对应。
播放光盘，让学生跟读并齐读banana—this is a banana. 然后再开火车朗读。
ii>（教师出示香蕉的图片）t：is this a banana?
ss：yes, it is.
iii> say a rhyme
banana, banana, i love you. one for helen, one for mike.
iv> 教师在箱子中装入一个梨，请一位学生a起来摸一摸。下面的学生利用is this a …?的句型来提问，通过那位a学生的回答来一个个排除接近答案。最后在教师来提问
t：is this a pear?
（引导学生a回答）a：yes, it is.
教师从箱子中拿出梨并同法板书及操练。
v> say a rhyme
pear, pear, i love you. one for helen, one for mike.
vi> tell the ss: they( banana and pear ) are fruit. 引出本单元的标题fruit并播放水果商店的场景。板书标题fruit并让学生跟读、齐读fruit.
开火车朗读。
part 3: consolidation
1. 师生间进行操练
t：what’s this?
s：this is a banana/pear.
t：is this a banana/pear?
s：yes, it is. /no, it isn’t.
2. 闻一闻
让学生闭上眼睛闻一闻，猜猜看是什么水果。并用is this a banana/pear?来向全班提问。其他同学则以yes, it is./no, it isn’t.来回答。
3.say a rhyme
banana, banana/pear, pear, i love you. one for helen, one for mike.
