step 1: revision
      help students review what they have learnt in reading. ask the following questions:
(1) what kind of people go to orbis for help?
(2) can most cases of blindness be cured or prevented?
(3) what do orbis doctors do?
(4) do the patients need to pay for the treatment?
(5) how do orbis doctors treat them?
     step 2: presentation
1. teacher says : “ orbis is an organization, it organizes doctors treat many blindness.” write “organize” and “ organization” on the blackboard.lead students to read it.
2. explain to students about the usage of suffixes and introduce other suffixes: “ion”, “ ation”, and  “ment”.123
3. ask students to finish page 82 part a.then lead students to read it loudly. make students remember different suffixes of each adjectives or verbs.
4. chain game: write the verbs and adjectives on card . let students say the noun forms one by one at a high speed.
     step 3 games
            divide the students into groups of four . take turns to guess 
            the word acrodding the explaination ,then say their noun forms.
     step 4 practice
1. ask students complete the e—mail on the text book.
2. read the e—mail loudly and check the answers at the same time.
3. get students to select one or two words to make sentences with their noun forms
      step 5. homework :
1. recite the new words and suffixes of this text.
2. look up the dictionary , make clear the noun forms of other adjectives and verbs that you have ever learnt.
3. finish the exercise in the exercise books.
